All the courses (Diploma & PG Diploma) which are listed on our website are approved by DEC (Distance Education Council), Govt. of India which is the main body of Govt. of India which give's approval to institutes to run Programs in Distance and E-Learning mode.

All Bachelorís, Masterís, M-Phil & PHD (Doctorate) degree programs are approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) and DEC, Govt. of India. There are many institutes in India which provide online courses without the approval from the authorities so one should be aware about the recognitions a course should have while enrolling in the program. Online Education is in great demand so Institutes which are not approved are talking advantage of selling their courses.

Once you have submitted the full Application Form, an Enrollment Advisor/Counselor will contact you by email or by telephone to arrange a telephone interview at your earliest convenience.

PRELIMINARY ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS

All applicants for admission to Distance Learning Courses must provide the admission Office with following:

1. A properly completed Application Form, available at website or Admission Office or Learning Center

2. Evidence of pervious academic work: Transcript will be required to document the applicantís prior education.

3. Course fee as per Our Fee Structure

Prospective studentís applications will be reviewed and decided for admission on an individual basis by the Admission Office or the Chief Academic Officer. An applicant may be asked to provide additional evidence of academic proficiency, if needed. Other specific admission requirements or prerequisites may be applicable for different diploma and degree program as indicated in this website. The Application Form and all related admission documents submitted to Distance Learning Courses shall become the property of the Concerned University/Study Center/Counseling Officer.

Once Application Form and all supporting documents have been received by the Admission Office, approximately three to four weeks should be allowed for processing and notification of the applicantís admission status. Due to international official transcripts evaluation, this process may take longer for foreign applicants

Rejected Applications

If the applicants do not satisfy the eligibility criteria, the applications are returned to them along with all enclosures and the amount paid after deducting Rs. 500 for Indian Students and US $ 20 for International Students. Such students are, however, permitted to apply again after they subsequently satisfy the eligibility criteria.

Remittance

The applicants are required to pay the fee as indicated in the Fee Schedule. The remittance can be done by way of Demand Draft ,Cash Deposit ,TT or Credit Card. Demand Draft should be in favour of "Genius Business Consultancy FZ LLCĒ

No Refund

The amount once paid is not refundable under any circumstances, except in the case of rejected applications.

Right to Amend Rules

The Genius Business Consultancy reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations wherever considered necessary and appropriate. Such amendments will be intimated to the students. Therefore, this publication and the descriptions contained herein are not to be construed as a contract binding the GBC to any specific policies. Possible changes include, but are not limited to passing requirements, eligibility criteria for examinations, payment schedule, refund policy, curriculum and course content, examination pattern, certification and designation, and such other matters as may be considered relevant.
